Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-096/21.
La Sala encontró que lo que pretende el memorialista es que la Corporación le informe si la inhibición por ineptitud de la demanda también inhibe al tribunal de referirse a los planteamientos presentados por los intervinientes durante el trámite, lo cual evidencia que dicha petición no va encaminada a que se dilucide un aparte de la providencia que se preste a confusión, sino que en realidad corresponde a una consulta que no le compete a esta Corte absolver.
Teniendo en cuenta que se no tiene competencia consultiva para resolver las dudas que formulen los ciudadanos, en aras de esclarecer el sentido de sus decisiones se RECHAZA la aclaración rogada en esta oportunidad.
